Carriers
The carrier we use to ship your order depends on several different factors including the shipping method you choose, your address, order size, etc. Rest assured, our shipping department will choose the carrier that will give you the quickest service unless otherwise specified. The carrier we choose will not effect your shipping cost. We use the following carriers to ship orders: FedEx and the United States Post Office.

We try to keep as many products as possible in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, we might not have it in stock or the manufacturer may not be able to make it fast enough. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time. We will notify you if any of your products are on "backorder". Delivery time and price is as follows:

U.S. Orders
We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military or overseas addresses. The carrier we use to ship your order will depend on where the order is being shipped and also the size of the order. Orders with Express shipping will generally leave our warehouse the same day if your order is placed before noon.

* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Item Availability Time assumes we have the product in stock. Orders placed by 12:00 noon will usually be shipped the same business day.

USA Express Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Express does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Canada Expedited ( USPS Express 2-4 business days)
$26.99 for the first item, add $1 per each additional item. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is 2 to 4 business days from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Most orders do clear quickly and are delivered within the UPS estimated time. Native Remedies will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Native Remedies will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Native Remedies will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

International (shipped via regular mail, 10 - 14 business days anywhere in the world)

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses.
